The private catalogue is available to approved employees or members of participating Partner Organisations. Sign in with your individual account, or apply for access on behalf of your Partner Organisation.
How it works
The Partner Organisation Programme
Access to the extended catalogue and committee pricing is granted to individual accounts after a manual review of the Partner Organisation.

Apply for access
Your Partner Organisation submits the Request Access form with its legal, contact and delivery details.

Pomaria Beauty reviews the application
We verify the Partner Organisation before approving anyone.

Approved employees or members receive private access
Each approved employee or member signs in to their own individual Shopify account. There is no shared password.

Orders are placed and paid online
Approved employees or members browse the private catalogue and pay through the store as normal.

Orders are consolidated
We close the ordering cycle on the published date and consolidate supplier orders.

Products are delivered through the partner organisation
Consolidated orders are delivered to the partner organisation or the agreed delivery point.

Group order information
Orders from approved employees or members are grouped into a single ordering cycle, consolidated and delivered together.
Two ordering periods each month
- From day 1 to day 7 Expected delivery on day 15
- From day 15 to day 22 Expected delivery on day 30

All orders are delivered directly to your organization, with each member receiving their own individual package.
