Pomaria Beauty offers two ordering methods for Partner Organisations. With a Centralised Order, your Organisation Representative manages the ordering process. With Individual Employee Orders, employees or members place and pay for their own orders through an approved Partner Organisation, with delivery consolidated to an agreed collection point.

Solution 1 – Centralised Order
Your Organisation Representative manages the entire ordering process, from collecting orders to distributing the products.
- Collects employees' or members' orders.
- Creates or validates the consolidated order.
- Arranges the payment.
- Receives the group delivery.
- Distributes the products to employees or members.

INDIVIDUAL ORDERING
Solution 2 – Individual Employee Orders
Employees or members order and pay individually through their approved Partner Organisation. Orders are then consolidated for delivery to the agreed collection point.
- Pomaria Beauty approves the Partner Organisation.
- The Partner Organisation receives a dedicated access code.
- Each employee or member creates an individual account linked to the Partner Organisation.
- Each person places and pays for their own order.
- The Partner Organisation's orders are consolidated.
- The complete order is delivered to the agreed collection point.
