Every step of the group-order cycle, from checkout to consolidated delivery.

Browse the catalogue your account has access to and build your order.

Payment is taken through the store at checkout, in euros.

Your order joins the current cycle
Orders placed before the published closing date are grouped into that cycle.

Pomaria Beauty closes the group order
On the closing date the cycle is closed and no further orders join it.

Supplier orders are consolidated
We place and consolidate the supplier orders for the whole cycle.

Products are received and organised
Deliveries are checked and sorted by partner organisation.

Orders are delivered to your partner organisation
Consolidated orders arrive at the partner organisation or the agreed delivery point.

Two ordering periods each month
- From day 1 to day 7 Expected delivery on day 15
- From day 15 to day 22 Expected delivery on day 30

Ordering window: October 15 – October 22
Expected delivery: October 30
All orders are delivered directly to your organization, with each member receiving their own individual package.
